Patrick is a Program Assistant at the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law, supporting the Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East and North Africa, and Digital teams.
Previously, Patrick served as a Legal Research Intern with the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children, primarily producing analyses of the legal environment for child protection at the national level in ICMEC’s target countries. Patrick also served on the program staff for the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in Serbia, assisting with project development and coordination.
Patrick holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from Providence College, with a concentration in Human Rights. He is currently pursuing his M.A. in International Relations from the School of International Service at American University, concentrating in International Negotiation and Conflict Resolution.
